Since 2015 we specialize in deep cleaning of anilox rolls using soda blasting. The service is stationary at our premises in Plovdiv, Bulgaria.

The rolls are cleaned using a professional FlexoMate machine from the Dutch manufacturer GRITCO. This service is performed together with our partners from Dantex Deutschland GmbH, whose representative has trained and certified our employees. The cleaning is suitable for rolls with a diameter up to 280 mm and max. length up to 2800 mm.

The cleaning results are established with the extremely accurate and reliable 3D-electro microscope AniCAM of Troika Systems.

For every anilox roll the customer receives a measurement protocol including information about cell volume and condition before and after the cleaning.
